There are clearly two people there. Most likely the marshaller is out of view and fully forward next to the terminal so that they can be seen from the cockpit…Its also possible that there is a auto park system. I have taxied and marshaled many aircraft…so I know how its done.
Yeah, a good pilot, but this airport might also have an auto-parking system, that eliminates the need for a marshaller. These are electronic systems that use lasers to alight the airplane for parking, putting all the work on the pilot.
