Both tradies and ute are very common. dot = department of transport ? Not sure what woo woo is. woo woo = A person readily accepting supernatural, paranormal or pseudoscientific phenomena or emotion based beliefs and explanations
you have that part correct. Out there on the road, you sure see it all. I find your slang terms most interesting. The tradies for tradesman, the ute for utiliity. The taxis are driven by Indians? dot or woo woo?
Yes. Ute’s (usually driven by tradies), taxi’s (usually driven by indians) & courier drivers (usually driven by courier drivers LOL)
Although not always the case it does quite often seem the case. There are bad drivers in every type of vehicle it seems.
oh a ute (which means utility?) Pretty aggressive move. I have heard from others in your country that Ute drivers are the worst. I was driving in Manhattan (NYC) yesterday and you have to drive aggressively there for sure.
